Decedent’s Estate

Provide assistance to clients in completing Probate Court procedures necessary to carry out the wishes of the deceased party.  Working with the family and their financial advisors to complete the process in a timely and productive manner.

Real Estate

Complete representation services for residential and commercial purchases, sales,
refinancing or property development including preparation and review of all necessary documents, including notes, mortgages, contracts, business and other agreements necessary to complete the transactions.

Family Matters

Assist clients in arriving at fair and equitable resolutions to all family matters with an
emphasis on calming an emotionally charged atmosphere and protecting children’s interest (see mediation/collaboration)

Contracts

Complete representation and assistance with all types of contracts, contract disputes, contract formation business, industrial, personal, real estate, employment, etc.

Personal Injury

Representation in matters involving automobile accidents, and other injuries where our client was not at fault.  Advise, management, referrals, settlements (see “How We Handle Your Claim” for more information)

Business Representation and Counsel/Corporation

Initial and comprehensive advise and direction in most business areas especially small to medium size businesses including corporate and limited liability company formation, termination and day to day business legal needs.
