Robert B. Berger is a graduate of Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service and The University of Connecticut Law School. He has practiced law in Connecticut for over fifty years and was the founder of the firm of Berger, Santy & Barbieri, P.C. The focus of his representation is in Probate Matters, including Wills/Trusts, Estates, and Estate Planning, as well as in Commercial Industrial and Residential Real Estate.
Attorney Berger is a member of the American, Connecticut, Hartford and North Central Connecticut Bar Associations, having served as former President of the North Central Connecticut Bae Association.
Attorney Berger currently serves as Chair of the Connecticut Psychiatric Security Review Board and Formerly served as Judge of the Enfield probate District, Enfield Town Attorney; Somers Town Attorney, State Representative from Enfield and Municipal Court Prosecutor.
Attorney Berger served in the United States Marine Corps from 1942 through 1945. He resides in the Town of Enfield with his wife and is very active in the affairs of the community.

Frank G, Santy is a graduate of Boston College and the Western New England School of Law, Frank has practiced law for over thirty years with the firm currently known as Berger, Santy & Barbieri, P.c. The focus of his practice is in the area of family law with a special interest in the representation of children in the family courts.
Attorney Santy is a member of both the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bar Associations as well as a member of the American, Hartford, and the North Central Connecticut Bar Associations. He is a former President of the Greater Enfield Lawyers Association and former Chairman of the Board of Directors and current board member for Allied Community Services, a non-profit agency located in Enfield and East Windsor, CT, serving individuals with special needs.
Frank has served as a Special Master for the Superior Court - Family Division in Hartford since it's inception. He was also instrumental in the creation of the Special Masters Program for Family Law in the Judicial District of Tolland, Attorney Santy was also named one of the original twenty lawyers in the State of Connecticut to initiate a Special Masters Program for the Regional Trial Court in Middletown, CT in 1994. He has served in that capacity since that time in a Program which has received national attention.
Attorney Santy was appointed in 2004 by the Stat~ of Connecticut to serve on the Child Support Guideline Commission which promulgated the Child Support Guidelines in August, 2006.
Frank was also one of the first Collaborative Divorce Lawyers in the State of Connecticut and currently devotes a substantial portion of his Family Law practice to Collaborative Divorce and Mediation. Attorney Santy is a member of the Academy for Guardian Ad Litems serving children in this capacity for nearly thirty years. He was recently selected to serve as a Master in the Early Intervention Program (EIP) for the Superior Court at Hartford dealing specifically with family law matters involving children.
Frank has continually sought alternative methods to resolve issues in divorce and other family matters through various programs which serve to reduce the stress levels in the Family Court with a special devotion to the service of minor children who too often find themselves in the middle of adult issues and concerns.
Attorney Santy has served on many panels and taught at several seminars throughout the State of Connecticut involving various areas of Family Law. Mr. Santy is married with two children and three grandchildren.

T. Mark Barbieri is a principal in the law firm of BERGER, SANTY & BARBIERI, P.C. while his practice is devoted primarily to family matters, he also practices other areas of law including real estate, business, personal injury and zoning.
Attorney Barbieri received his B.A. degree and graduated as a U.S. Military Commissioned Officer from Pennsylvania Military College. He received his J.D. degree from Western New England School of Law. He is, and has been from the inception of the programs, a Special Master for the Tolland and Hartford County Courts and the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middletown. Attorney Barbieri is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Hartford County Bar Association (where he formerly co-chaired the Family Law Committee), and the Northern Connecticut. Bar Association.
Mark is also a member of the Collaborative Divorce Lawyers Association and Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution. Being extremely committed to the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution as an alternative to litigation and Court intervention, he favors Collaborative Divorce and/or mediation whenever possible, in family matters and emphasizes the same alternative dispute resolution techniques wherever possible in other legal areas as a means of reducing costs to participants and contentious legal battles, however when litigation in these areas is necessary he has the qualifications and experience to accomplish the task.
As a professional he is admitted to the Connecticut Bar and the U.S. District Court (CT). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce and is a Board Member of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors Board of Examiners. He served in the military in both the U.S. and Vietnam as a military intelligence officer in the 1960's and is presently a Member, Director and Officer in several Northern Connecticut outdoor sports clubs and is dedicated to the advancement, education and participation in all outdoor sports especially with young people.
